Joanna is a career and leadership coach with two decades of recruitment experience. She helps people in senior level roles to work out what they really want from their careers, increase their impact and to do work that is meaningful to them
Joanna has extensive experience of working with leaders, including over a decade at Veredus, part of Capita, where she specialised in interim leadership appointments. More recently, she spent four years as a Partner in the Not for Profit practice at GatenbySanderson where she led on a range of high-profile Chief Executive, Director, Chair and Trustee appointments for a range of national charities.
Joanna has been coaching since 2018. She enables her clients to rediscover their ‘why’ at work and to move forwards with confidence, succeeding on their own terms so they can flourish in work and life. Joanna’s clients benefit from her unique blend of coaching skills and practical expertise within the recruitment industry. Her background allows her to help her clients to market their skills and experience effectively and understand how to get the most from their relationships with recruiters.
