Louisa is an executive career and leadership coach, with a background in law and project management. She helps executives, professionals, and business owners thrive in a range of industries. She has a particular focus on: law; consultancy firms; and financial services. Most of her clients are in established careers, but at a point where they are ready to reach for greater success and fulfilment or become more effective at what they are doing.
Having worked in the city for over twenty years, Louisa knows both the corporate world and private practice with all their challenges and opportunities. Louisa has an action-orientated coaching process combining tools, processes and models complimented by her background in psychotherapy. Her integrated style combines traditional coaching processes with a wide range of other tools including: Transactional Analysis; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; and Mindfulness. Louisa coaches individuals and groups.
Louisa has a particular interest in building and maintaining resilience. The business world is tough and requires a particular type of resilience. She works on mindset and perspective, unlocking potential and maximising performance. After leaving Oxford University (MA (Hons), Louisa qualified at a magic circle law firm. Louisa was later headhunted to set up the London office of an American law firm. Louisa discovered her talent for coaching and mentoring individuals and teams in her corporate roles. Louisa has a wealth of experience across a range of industries including: FTSE 250 companies; law firms; the charity sector; and a Big 4 Accounting firm.
