Drawing on her 20 years of corporate experiences, she understands the challenges that career development can bring on both a practical and emotional level. She uses this alongside her leading coaching qualifications and her ability to connect to help her clients feel more energised, excited and in control of their professional future.
Pippa provides bespoke 1-to-1 coaching to executives and managers who are often feeling overwhelmed, demotivated or unfulfilled when they come to her. Pippa’s clients come from multiple industries, and she quickly gets up to speed thanks to her corporate background. She was invited to be a member of the Oxford University coaching community and now coaches leaders on the Said Business School MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programmes. She also provides pro bono coaching to the UK based Centre for Entrepreneurship.
With the help of her mindset support and practical toolkit, Pippa champions her clients to refocus and develop clarity, confidence and commitment to a fulfilling professional career. Pippa’s corporate background is in the fast-paced environments of WPP marketing and communications agencies, as well as the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics, and Expo 2020 Dubai. She worked in multiple roles for global brands across sectors including technology, financial services, energy, automotive and FMCG, and was based in London, New York and Dubai. Throughout this time she was always passionate about motivating and developing talent. Her first-hand experience of organisational diversity, restructures, maternity leaves and relocations now enables her to quickly make connections and understand complex sector dynamics with compassion.
