How to get the most from your SEVEN Programme
Allow 2-4 hours a week for reflection time, research, or tasks you're given to help you progress. The magic happens between the sessions. What you put in you will get out!
Ensure you’re always on time for your sessions getting the most possible time with your coach. If you're late, that will be deducted from your session, as our coaches are usually booked up back to back.
We recommend you see your Coach twice a month for best results and weekly if you need more intensity. The SEVEN coaching approach is all about momentum, once you have it, use it to accelerate your progress. Loosing pace, costs you in precious energy and time with your coach to get back on track.
Be 100% honest with your Coach. Know that you can always feedback what is and isn’t working for you. Every session if your opportunity and this is a collaborative process, so be active and open to ensure you get what you need.
This is an investment in you. When you take responsibility for the change you want to make, and ensuring you're giving your very best to the coaching process, you will get the results we are known for. How accountable you're prepared to be is the biggest difference between mediocre results and true transformation.
Between session support
Your coach is your partner in your success. That's why we're not just with you in sessions, but between sessions. In saying that, please also respect our coach's time and use email for small questions or help to clarify something small. For anything bigger than that, bring to your next coaching session.
