My journey with Derek was epic. Nothing short of transformational. I approached SEVEN Career Coaching last April as I... wasn't sure where I wanted to go in my career. Once I told them about myself and what I was struggling with they matched me with Derek for 12 sessions. Well, how lucky was I? At first, my struggle was questioning whether to leave my current company as I felt I wasn't the right place to learn and grow. I had the pleasure of working with Mel for 9 sessions and she is an incredibly unique person that left a lasting... impression on me in a multitude of ways. From the very first session it was easy to converse with her as she truly listened to what I had to say, and was able to understand both myself and my needs from the onset. With every session, not only did she provide sound career advice, she also added such a personal touch to it by sharing anecdotes of her own experiences. I have only good things to say about Seven despite the fact that I had to stop my coaching after only 2 sessions... because my career plans had changed. The communication with the team was easy, the refund was calculated fairly and went through quickly, a very positive experience overall. My coach Melanie was absolutely wonderful, very personable and knowledgeable. She is a true professional who has successfully gone through a career change herself. In as little as two 2,5 hours of coaching she offered me some valuable insights and suggested ways to overcome obstacles that held me back. I found it genuinely helpful and encouraging. Where to begin! I’ve just spent a truly transformative 6 months working with Oliver from SEVEN. I was feeling really... stuck when I started thinking about coaching.
